Bailey Michael Zappe is a talented young quarterback who played for three seasons at Houston Baptist and garnered a lot of praise for his performances. He then went on to shatter the FBS season records for passing yards and touchdowns as well in his final year at Western Kentucky.
Zappe was named C-USA’s most valuable player last year and with this, he also took home the Earl Campbell Tyler Jones award. Moreover, he was also named the offensive MVP at the 2021 Boca Raton Bowl.

Looking at Zappe’s credentials, it was rather evident that he will be roped in by a top franchise at the NFL draft which is exactly what happened. Zappe was roped in by the New England Patriots in the fourth round.
Recently, Zappe’s longtime girlfriend Hannah Lewis took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message after the love of her life got picked by the New England-based franchise.
“Bailey Michael Zappe, watching you work so hard to achieve your dreams has been nothing short of amazing! When we first met and I asked you what you wanted to do when you got out of college you answered with no hesitation, NFL,” she captioned the Insta post containing an adorable photo of the couple.
“Through all the many odds you persevered and made your dreams come true. You inspire me everyday and you should be so proud of yourself. I love you!” the caption further read.
It is indeed a dream come true for Bailey who has worked incredibly hard to finally get roped in by an NFL franchise. It will be interesting to see how he performs if he gets a chance to show his prowess on the field.
